Department of Botany
Year of Establishment : 01.05.1948
The Department Of Botany is one of the oldest departments in the college. The department has excellent facilities of which the Herbaria collection is one of the very best among colleges in the region. The Department also has a botanical garden. The department of biotechnology began as an offshoot of this department.
